A closer look at the Running Springs shop, from the front office and guest lobby to the full tour of the shop facilities. Our guest lobby has been artfully designed to embody the passion, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that is invested into every repair. Filled with automotive furnishings and vintage decor built by Mark and his team over the years, it creates a remarkably enjoyable environment for every guest. An immaculate, organized facility is crucial to producing high-quality collision repairs. Eliminating clutter and unnecessary tools increases efficiency and steady flow through the repair process from start to finish. Our team takes pride in maintaining exceptionally clean work areas guaranteed not to be found anywhere else in the industry.
In addition to exceptionally clean work areas, we also expanded to include an isolated OEM-required aluminum “clean room” that keeps aluminum and steel repairs separated to prevent corrosion and cross-contamination.

As vehicle technology advances and aluminum use increases across many makes, our facility includes an isolated aluminum clean room with dedicated aluminum welders and hand tools, preventing galvanic corrosion from cross-contamination with steel repairs. Required by many manufacturers for OEM certification, we maintain the proper facilities, equipment, and Aluminum Welding Certified technicians to handle aluminum repairs and replacements per OEM guidelines.
Beyond paint and body work, the Running Springs facility runs OEM-grade alignment, welding, tire, and climate-control equipment in house.

All collision-related alignments are performed on-site on this top-of-the-line alignment lift, built for maximum efficiency and productivity.

A laser box is projected around the vehicle to build a 3-D image, used to measure suspension geometry and confirm the vehicle is restored to pre-accident specifications.

A robotic arm on a track uses precise 3D measuring technology to detect structural misalignment down to the millimeter and build a repair plan back to pre-accident condition.

Liquid-cooled tips, 1,243 pounds of electrode force, and auto-weld technology keep squeeze-type resistance spot welding on the cutting edge, so every weld is safe and correct.

A synergic, pulse-technology MIG welder that welds every type of steel and uses silicone bronze MIG brazing. Our I-CAR welding certified technicians work within factory specifications.

With plastic parts often exceeding $2,000 to replace, this system uses pure heated nitrogen to melt plastic and filler rod together, eliminating oxidation for a strong, quality weld.

A Hunter TC39 mounts tires on wheels of every type, and a Hunter RFE Road Force Elite balances to exact spec while detecting whether a tire was damaged in the collision.

Robinair and Snap-On equipment, including 1234YF refrigerant capability, lets our EPA-certified technicians service any air conditioning system affected by a collision.
